Abstract: <p>This checklist will be dynamically generated at the time it is accessed from plant checklists for different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa made available via Openherbarium plus records in <a href="https://www.gbif.org/">GBIF</a> on 12 November 2023. Its family concepts of OpenHerbarium are those of <a href="https://academic.oup.com/botlinnean/article/181/1/1/2416499">APG4</a>. The generic and species concepts in openHerbarium reflect different sources. Those for seed plants come, with few exceptions, from <a href="https://powo.science.kew.org/">POWO</a>, those for pteridophytes from <a href="https://www.pteridoportal.org/portal/index.php">Pteridoportal</a>, and those for bryophytes from <a href="https://www.bryonames.org/">Bryonames</a>. To view the checklist based on these sources, select "Central Thesaurus" for the Taxonomic Filter in the yellow box on the top right of the checklist display. None of the nomenclatural resources is dynamically linked to OpenHerbarium so there is no guarantee that the treatment in OpenHerbarium at the time the checklist is accessed will be completely consistent with any of these resources. </p> <p>One of the planned uses of this checklist is developing dichotomous and multiaccess keys the plants of Khyber Pakhtunkwa. </p>
